The 2018 Radley awards night ceremony provided a short break from winter training and the cross country season as the club came together to celebrate attitude and achievement throughout the past athletics season. Awards to the top ranked athletes in their age group included Oyare Aneju, ranked 9th in the UK for U17 Triple Jump, Adam Chesterman, ranked 15th in the UK for U15 Discus, and Isobel Griffin Morris, ranked 17th in the UK for U20 Discus.
Coach's Awards were awarded by all the club's coaches to commend work ethic, character, manners and team spirit and included recognition for the example set by Lucy and Ethan amongst others.
Lucy has again shown her determination for competing, training and helping. She is an asset to the group and a role model for the younger athletes. Coach Alex

Awards were also made to coaches and volunteers who support the club tirelessly throughout the year. Kay Reynolds, Chairperson, closed the evening by congratulating all the athletes at the club and reminding everyone that Radley continues to punch above its weight in Oxfordshire Athletics.
