On 21 December, U13 Henry Fletcher travelled to the Lee Valley Indoor Track to take part in the December Minithon, an exciting event aimed at developing youngsters' competition skills and enthusiasm. Athletes can choose any three events applicable to their age group.
Congratulations, from everyone at Radley AC, to Kay Reynolds on being upgraded to a Level 4P status official.
This means that Kay is now eligible for selection for national and international competitions. Assuming positive assessments for any such selections, full Level 4 status would be awarded at the end of a two-year period.
This is excellent news for Kay, our club and county.
Radley junior athlete Cici Huepfl was selected to race for the GB U11 team in the World Biathle Championships in St Petersburg Florida over half term. Biathle is a continuous run-swim-run event which involves an open water swim. The event was a unique experience and it was inspiring to join a large GB team who made the trip over and who ranged in age from 9 to 70!
